By accessing or using giiHelpdeskAgent you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Payments and subscriptions are managed securely via Shopify; by subscribing you agree to Shopify's billing policies and terms.
3. Limitation of Liability
Your total recoverable damages shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
4. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms will be determined by binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, USA.
5. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of our service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
