If the AI makes a wrong decision, who's responsible?

The AI never makes a final decision โ€” your agent does. CS-AI Agent shows a recommended action based on your rules. Your team member clicks "Confirm" before anything happens in Shopify. If the rule is wrong, the fix is in your SOP configuration, not in a support ticket to us. Every action is logged with the agent's email, so you always know who confirmed what.

What happens to my customer emails and order data?

We process emails in-session and do not store, index, or persist any customer email content. Order data is fetched from Shopify in real-time and used only to generate the current response. Our audit logs store only hashed identifiers (thread ID hash, order ID hash) โ€” never raw email content. This is a core architectural decision, not just a policy.

Can my CS team learn this without training?

The sidebar shows exactly 5 things in order: email info, intent analysis, which SOP rule matched, what action is pending, and the approve/skip buttons. Most agents are comfortable on their first day. The learning curve is reading the sidebar, not learning a new platform.

Will this interfere with our existing Shopify apps?

No. CS-AI Agent uses Shopify's official Admin API via OAuth. It reads orders and can cancel unfulfilled orders โ€” it does not touch your product catalog, inventory, marketing apps, or billing apps. It's an additive tool, not a replacement for your existing stack.

What if I cancel? What happens to my data?

Your Shopify access token is deleted from our system within 24 hours of cancellation. Since we don't store customer email content, there's nothing else to delete. Your Shopify order history and notes remain unchanged โ€” we only append notes to orders when your team explicitly confirms an action.

How is billing handled? Is it secure?

Billing is managed entirely through Shopify's native billing system โ€” the same system you already use for your Shopify apps. We never handle your credit card directly. You can cancel anytime from your Shopify admin without contacting us.
