No. CS-AI Agent uses Shopify's official Admin API via OAuth. It reads orders and can cancel unfulfilled orders โ it does not touch your product catalog, inventory, marketing apps, or billing apps. It's an additive tool, not a replacement for your existing stack.
Your Shopify access token is deleted from our system within 24 hours of cancellation. Since we don't store customer email content, there's nothing else to delete. Your Shopify order history and notes remain unchanged โ we only append notes to orders when your team explicitly confirms an action.
Billing is managed entirely through Shopify's native billing system โ the same system you already use for your Shopify apps. We never handle your credit card directly. You can cancel anytime from your Shopify admin without contacting us.
