We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all first-time subscriptions.
1. Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Request the refund within 14 days of your initial purchase
- Email your refund request to support@giihelpdesk.com
- Include your order number or account email address in your request
2. Refund Processing
Once we receive your refund request, we will process it within 5 business days. Refunds will be processed securely via Shopify to the original payment method used for the purchase, subject to Shopify Merchant Billing terms.
3. Renewal Refunds
Refunds for subscription renewals are not granted unless required by mandatory law. We recommend reviewing your subscription status and cancelling before the renewal date if you no longer wish to use the service.
4. Free Trial
Our 14-day free trial does not require a credit card. If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged. No refund is necessary as no payment was made.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the paid period.
